Job Summary As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be accountable for performing everyday reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternative Investments. Your primary responsibilities will include refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer representatives, and processing Corporate Activity Activities. You'll also be responsible for conducting research on complex issues, performing testing and validation of new technology augmentations and vendor changes, and providing exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Perform everyday reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternative Investments, including refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identifying/addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer representatives. Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions activity, and process/reconcile dividend activity. Conduct research on complex/escalated issues, perform testing/validation of new technology augmentations and vendor changes. Provide exceptional client service, including answering service partner questions concerning Fund specific requirements/eligibility and providing act on Alternative Investment transactions to accelerate client requests or remediate not-in-good-order issues. Evaluate and interpret registration arrangements or transactions requests, including Client/Advisor level exemptions and governing responsibilities (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3). Reconcile Field, Dividend, and Move Breaks across BOS and Fund Business. Analyze and interpret suitable tax obligation programming and corrections of tax coding. Handle internal/external system improvements or issues and source of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. Provide method or technology service options to Control and remediate transactions issues with the Fund or Opposite Company. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as data entry, client account management, or financial services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Salesforce and Slack a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the financial services industry, specifically with Alternative Investments. Familiarity with TD Ameritrade systems and processes. Experience with data reconciliation and client account management. Certifications in financial services, such as Series 7 or 66.
