Key Responsibilities Record Creation and Updates : Create or update records with new files and information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Data Entry : Input paperwork into an electronic database, maintaining organized and up-to-date records. Data Security : Ensure that sensitive information is safeguarded and handled with confidentiality. Record Maintenance : Update records with new information, and perform regular data quality checks. Database Management : Assist in the management and maintenance of our electronic database, ensuring seamless data entry and retrieval. Essential Qualifications Language Skills : Good command of English, both oral and written, with excellent communication skills. Organizational Skills : Incredible patience to file correctly, with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks. Technical Skills : Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in data entry software and systems. Independence and Time Management : Ability to work independently, with great time management skills and self-motivation. Education : High School diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Prior Data Entry Experience : Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a related field.
