**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced remote data entry specialist to join our team as an administrative assistant. **Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks
* Conduct research studies, including online focus groups, product testing, and opinion panels
* Provide administrative support to clients, including data analysis and reporting
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
**Requirements**
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Current USA resident
* Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus for increased opportunities)
* Strong focus and follow-through skills
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory
**Preferred Qualifications**
* LapTop with webcam for participating in video studies
* Stable internet connection for conducting research studies
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
* Experience with data entry software and tools
