Key Responsibilities

Enter data provided by customers into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Verify data from various sources before entering it into the database to ensure authenticity and compliance with quality control measures
Create spreadsheets and enter figures correctly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Maintain and update our databases on a timely basis, ensuring that all information is current and accurate
Ensure data preservation by taking regular backups, protecting our company's valuable information
Retrieve data from the database as and when required, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders
File physical copies of data, maintaining organized and secure records
Verify invoice details and handle invoice payments, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and efficient
Cross-check and rectify data entry errors, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality
Adhere to quality control measures at all times, ensuring that our database is compliant with industry standards
Ensure that there is no duplication of data, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our database
Gather all required documents and personal details from clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements and Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and training
