Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry with high accuracy, adhering to client requirements and guidelines
Manually identify and classify different types of forms (MEDI) based on client specifications
Work on various tasks, including Data Entry, Verify, MEDI, and other DE tasks, following established procedures and guidelines
Demonstrate problem-solving skills, working independently with minimal supervision
Comply with company policies and standards, ensuring high-quality output and exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in an office setting
A typing speed of 40 wpm or higher, as demonstrated through a typing test
Basic PC/Internet skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
The ability to sit or stand for long periods, work independently, and remain self-motivated
Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:
Previous experience in data entry or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
