About the Role As a Remote Data Entry Processor, you'll be an integral part of our business processing team, working collaboratively and independently to field client inquiries and develop innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry with high accuracy, adhering to client requirements and guidelines Manually identify and classify different types of forms (MEDI) based on client requirements Work on various tasks, including Data Entry, Verify, MEDI, and other DE tasks, following established procedures and guidelines Demonstrate problem-solving skills and self-guided work habits, with a close degree of supervision Comply with company policies and standards, ensuring a high level of professionalism and integrity Work a standard 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to work weekends as needed Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications A High School Diploma or equivalent A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in an office setting A typing speed of 40+ words per minute, verified through a typing test Basic PC/Internet skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel) The ability to sit or stand for long periods, work independently, and remain self-motivated Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry or a related field Familiarity with business processing and customer service principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate information effectively and accurately What We Offer At Arsenault, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and career growth.
