As a Data Entry Operator at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate entry of engraving details, guaranteeing that every pet receives a personalized tag that meets their family's needs. Key Responsibilities Accurately input engraving information for pet ID tags from various order forms and emails, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Read and interpret handwritten addresses from both the US and Canada with precision, demonstrating strong analytical skills. Complete data entry tasks on Fridays (by 2 PM) and Mondays (by 5 PM) to facilitate timely order processing, meeting deadlines and ensuring efficient workflow. Allocate approximately 5 hours weekly across both days based on the volume of orders received, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Exceptional typing skills achieving 12,000+ keystrokes per hour or 60-80 words per minute, ensuring a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding names, addresses, and engraving specifications, demonstrating a high level of precision and care. Familiarity with handwritten address interpretation from the US and Canada is highly preferred, demonstrating experience and expertise in data entry. Proven time management skills to consistently meet deadlines while working independently, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
