As a Remote Data Entry Operator and Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for executing a range of general clerical tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and organizational duties. Key Responsibilities Operating assignments and managing schedules to ensure efficient use of time Scheduling and balancing appointments, and ensuring that all deadlines are met Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages Assisting with special projects and tasks as required, and taking initiative to anticipate and meet needs Managing and securing confidential information with the highest level of discretion Handling multiple tasks and priorities while remaining organized and focused Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be highly relational, and able to build strong relationships with our team and stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to be aggressive and proactive, but also know when to ask for guidance and support.
