**Job Summary**
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for processing invoices, verifying financial information, and providing administrative support to our team. This is a part-time opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Verify GL Coding, Purchase Order creation, and routing as needed
* Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval
* Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed
* Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties, as required
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as needed
**Physical Requirements**
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day
* Ability to occasionally move about inside the office
* Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
**Job Qualifications**
* Must have experience in data entry and be self-motivated with minimum supervision
* 10-key by touch preferred
* Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Good communication skills (oral and written), ability to organize with attention to detail
* Must be familiar with various office equipment
* Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
