Job Overview We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Data Entry Clerk to provide essential support to our Cotton Planning Team. This hybrid position entails working remotely, with the requirement to be on-site in Lubbock, TX, for one day each week (flexible scheduling options available). As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in managing data inputs, overseeing inventory records, and executing administrative tasks that are vital for streamlined seed supply operations. Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and maintain data in digital formats, including spreadsheets and databases. Data Verification and Rectification: Verify and rectify data discrepancies as necessary to ensure accuracy and consistency. Inventory Management: Keep inventory records current in SAP and other relevant systems, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products and quantities. Quality Control: Review Bills of Lading to ensure the receipt of necessary samples, confirm that correct tests are conducted, and standards are upheld. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with production managers to authorize the shipment of approved batches, manage material extension requests, and address issues related to BOMs, recipes, and quality inspection plans. Financial Reporting: Collaborate with finance teams to assure accurate costing information, extract data from SAP, and generate reports utilizing tools such as Power BI. Visual Data Representation: Create visual data representations, including charts and KPIs, to inform decision-making and drive business growth. Administrative Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Seed Supply Team as required, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Required Skills Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience (training will be provided) in data entry, administrative support, or a related field. Education: High school diploma or GED (verification required). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
