Essential Qualifications Proven experience as a data entry clerk is preferred but not required; however, a strong foundation in data entry principles and practices is essential. Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to meet productivity standards. A level of comfort with word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel. Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices. Good command of English, both oral and written, with excellent customer service skills.
