As a Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our data enrichment tasks for one of our major healthcare clients, ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards. Job Overview In this exciting and dynamic role, you will be responsible for reviewing and completing enrichment tasks as defined and trained by the client, performing credentialing-related tasks, and following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications. You will be an integral part of our Data Enrichment team, contributing to the quality control process and ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, ensuring accuracy and quality of work Perform credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications Follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks Ensure the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards, adhering to strict quality control protocols Verify information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details, ensuring data integrity and accuracy Perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role, demonstrating a strong understanding of data entry principles and quality control protocols Available to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, and able to maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to support a work-from-home setup, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of credentialing and data enrichment principles Experience with data entry software and systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At our company, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
