Key Responsibilities Captures and validates complex data with high accuracy, meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by arenaflex Image classification and indexing of healthcare claim forms Pre-adjudicates documents and corrects data as required, utilizing various systems to complete assigned tasks Verifies data from automated data extraction tools, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Completes assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to complete tasks Works within established procedures and practices, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to type at least 45+ words per minute with high accuracy and 10-key by touch proficiency Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high accuracy rate Maintain or exceed 4,000 keystrokes per hour for numeric and 2,500 keystrokes per hour for alpha/numeric data with less than 1% error rate Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred Experience working through VPN connection Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must be eligible to work in the United States Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in data entry or a related field Knowledge of healthcare claims processing and medical terminology Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
