Key Responsibilities Review and finalize enrichment tasks based on the training provided by the client, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Execute credentialing-related duties, including data entry for applications, verifying vendor resources, and validating board certifications, to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Liaise with various state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain status updates and verifications, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication. Ensure the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry standards, utilizing online databases for cross-verification and authentication of information submitted by third-party entities. Assume additional tasks and responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced remote work environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a data entry or customer service-related position. Proficient command of the English language, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities and the capacity to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Capacity to excel in a remote work environment, with a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, and a reliable computer and software setup. Preferred at least 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service-related position, with a strong understanding of data management principles and quality assurance processes. Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
