Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong foundation in data entry, customer service, or a related field. Proven experience in a data entry or customer service role, preferably in a remote setting, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
