Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from the system while providing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions
Effectively communicating data insights to non-technical audiences unfamiliar with the domain
Recognizing patterns to define gaps in the applicant tracking system and driving change at a system level with responsible parties (end users, system admins, etc.)
Ensuring successful integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders
Key Performance Indicators
The successful candidate will be expected to track and analyze key performance indicators, including:
Hiring trends and progress
System design and optimization
Data quality and consistency
Stakeholder engagement and communication
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Previous experience working with People or Recruiting organizations, or in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
Prior relational database experience
Proficiency in SQL and other common query languages
Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with open-source software applications
