Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled data entry and live chat professional to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities Work closely with application teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration of data entry and live chat services with our overall business strategy. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of voice of the customer methods, leveraging this knowledge to define and transform data within our cornerstone big data platform. Design and build robust data model architecture to support most fulfilling data processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, with a focus on ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing. Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Power customer story evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools, and proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Collaborate closely with partners from various teams to prioritize, define, increase, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end strategy, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. Essential qualifications include: Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects for a span of no less than 3+ years. Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups, and experience working in an agile environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. Preferred qualifications include experience with data entry and live chat systems, knowledge of customer service principles and practices, and certification in relevant technologies or methodologies.
