Build and maintain strong relationships with store and HR partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Provide training and support to store and HR partners to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders to communicate business performance and recommendations for improvement
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
