Key Responsibilities Support the paid media investigation capability by analyzing data and identifying trends and opportunities Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product, to drive business outcomes and improve marketing efficiencies Design and lead the development of analytics, BI, and data science projects to enhance paid media and marketing performance Work with data science teams to implement media mix models and analyze results Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to drive business action Utilize SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports Analyze data to identify business problems and conduct deep dives to perform root cause analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data (internal and external) and address complex business challenges Conceptualize and run investigations that generate insights on customer behavior and customer needs to inform product development and improvement Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, economics, computer science, mathematics, statistics) Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or consulting in an e-commerce environment or related field Advanced SQL skills Experience with industry analysis and metrics visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, PowerBI) Proficiency in Excel with a proven track record Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a team of highly engaged professionals A passion for numbers, data, and metrics, as well as for delivering high-quality analysis and insights Strong action orientation, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal direction and tight deadlines Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively Experience with subscription-based or media content organizations Experience with and/or interest in learning more about cutting-edge data science approaches Programming languages: knowledge of Python Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or statistical programming languages like R or SAS Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
