Experienced Remote Data Entry Analyst for Medical Equipment Records Management – High-Volume Data Entry and Administrative Support

We are now seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Analyst to join our team on a short-term project, focusing on reviewing and updating medical equipment records. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to contribute to the success of our clients while working in a remote setting. Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and updating medical equipment records into designated databases, working closely with Biomedical Engineering staff to develop and document testing requirements, and assisting in creating and maintaining preventive maintenance schedules for medical systems. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to manage repetitive, high-volume data entry tasks accurately. While the position is remote, candidates must be local to the Altamonte Springs area to pick up equipment prior to starting. Key Responsibilities Enter and update medical equipment records into designated databases with high accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with Biomedical Engineering staff to develop and document testing requirements for medical equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Assist in creating and maintaining preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for medical systems, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance operations. Generate standard reports such as PM scheduling, new equipment lists, task lists, and completion reports, providing valuable insights to leadership and technical staff. Provide reports to leadership and technical staff as needed, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning. Pull and compile data from multiple resources (e.g., Archibus, Protek, Sunport MA system), demonstrating proficiency in data management and analysis. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess: High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), enabling efficient data management and analysis. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive, high-volume data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field, providing a deeper understanding of data management principles and practices. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Crystal Reporting, or SQL, demonstrating advanced data analysis and management skills. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The salary for this role is $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
