Key Responsibilities
Work with large, complex, and disparate datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions rapidly
Design and develop ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or processes that pull data from multiple sources and unify it in one table
Create data visualizations to monitor and evaluate the impact of changes and unique business challenges
Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on an occasional basis to establish credibility and collaborate on data-related projects
Utilize scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting activities, such as screenshot creation, metrics prioritization, and exception recognition
Document processes and share knowledge with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a subject matter expert
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
Strong SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from various tables while maintaining data integrity
Creativity with a Client Experience platform to develop meaningful Scene Dashboards
Business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced experience with SQL and Scene
Experience with e-commerce operations or package carrier operations
Experience with Python or other scripting languages
Experience with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
Knowledge of supply chain infrastructure, ideally with transportation experience
