As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Handling incoming customer inquiries and issues related to Internet Marketplace Customer Service via email, phone, and other channels * Providing empathetic and professional support to customers, focusing on resolving issues on the first attempt * Preventing customer returns and ensuring customer retention through reasonable negotiations and providing solutions that benefit both the company and the customer * Partnering with management to escalate customer and product issues, identifying trends, and communicating them to management in measurable terms * Providing proactive and consistent follow-up to customer inquiries, responding to every customer email, and documenting a complete summary of customer interactions * Maintaining high standards of quality service, demonstrating improvements when necessary, and adhering to company QA programs **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail experience (call center experience a plus) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English * Computer literate with ability to navigate programs and windows * Excellent typing and data entry skills * Able to multi-task, problem-solve, and perform with a low error rate * Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with regular job attendance required **Internet Connectivity Guidelines** To ensure seamless communication with customers, you'll need to maintain a dedicated business-class internet connection that meets company requirements.
