Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients in the insurance industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, gathering and verifying information, and answering questions about insurance policies. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound phone calls from customers, providing support and answering questions about insurance policies Gather and verify information from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness Enter data into forms and systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives Stay up-to-date with industry developments, products, and services to provide informed support to customers Hours of Operation and Commitment We operate on a 24/7 schedule, with the following hours of operation: Monday - Sunday: 4 AM - 5 PM PST We require a commitment of 10 hours per week, with 5 of those hours self-scheduled on the weekend. This role is available for immediate commencement and is expected to last for 90 days (as needed). What We Are Looking For We are seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications: Data entry experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy High-volume call support experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to type 45+ WPM, with strong typing skills and accuracy Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities Workspace Requirements To ensure success in this role, you will need to meet the following workspace requirements: A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (sorry, no macs or Chromebooks for this opportunity) The willingness to install ModSquad's security software on your computer and mobile device The willingness to install AWS on your computer Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures A stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater 8 GB RAM or better Dual monitors highly recommended Equal Opportunity Employer ModSquad is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
