Key Responsibilities

Utilize Zendesk and other ticketing systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues related to web and mobile apps, providing clear and concise instructions to customers
Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
Walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing applications
Maintain a professional demeanor and show empathy when interacting with customers
Essential Qualifications
Experience with Zendesk and other ticketing systems
Previous experience in providing Tier 1 level support
Strong ability to multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
Tech-savvy with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android computers/devices and applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Reliable internet speed and service
