Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and charismatic leader to join our team as a remote customer support and field service manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our airline staff, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with leaders and airline staff to foster engagement, accountability, and flexibility. Manage the performance of large teams of airline staff, focusing on key performance indicators such as safety, reliability, customer satisfaction, and finances. Promote a culture of safety, well-being, and respect, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. Address quality assurance issues, such as uniform compliance, overall performance, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with base support staff, other departments, and internal/external partners to provide information and solutions for continuous improvements. Participate in leadership development programs, including on-board customer and employee engagement, to support the airline staff team. Proactively respond to and follow up on time-sensitive matters and competing needs, requiring base communication, feedback, and/or coaching. Offer essential support to airline staff before, during, and after flight departure. Act as a contact and support for assigned programs within the base and/or department. Communicate regularly with remote airline staff from the base location. Embody arenaflex's values and guiding principles, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and promote a positive work environment. Proven experience in managing multiple and changing needs in a high-speed and constantly evolving environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience in training and delivering feedback for developmental purposes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you an upper hand: Two years of experience in airline management, three years of arenaflex experience, or external management experience. A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, aviation management, or a related discipline. Working knowledge of internal arenaflex-specific applications.
