Job Responsibilities: Providing Exceptional Customer Support Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution and minimize customer dissatisfaction. Building relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs, providing personalized support and recommendations to enhance their experience with our services. Accurately and concisely addressing customer questions, requests, and problems, utilizing your knowledge of our services and CRM tools to provide effective solutions. Providing administrative support to the customer service team and assisting with overflow work as needed to maintain a high level of service quality and efficiency.
