What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every customer receives the support they need throughout their travel experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of customer service activities, all aimed at making travel as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Customer Check-In & Processing

Own and manage the complete check-in process for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
Assist customers with baggage check-in, including tagging luggage and ensuring proper handling procedures
Verify customer identification and travel documentation to ensure compliance with all regulations
Process seat selections and provide information about available seating options
Handle special requests including meal preferences, assistance needs, and travel accommodations


Boarding & Gate Operations

Manage the boarding process, including making gate announcements and coordinating customer flow
Ensure customers have proper travel documentation before boarding
Handle seat availability issues and work to resolve conflicts professionally
Assist customers with boarding assistance needs, including passengers with disabilities
Coordinate with ground operations teams to ensure timely departures


Customer Assistance & Support

Provide exceptional support for routing inquiries and travel planning questions
Assist customers with experience planning, including connection information and layover guidance
Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Escort unaccompanied minors and passengers requiring special assistance throughout their journey
Provide information about arenaflex services, policies, and travel requirements


Operational Excellence

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and systems
Adapt to changing operational needs and handle unexpected situations calmly
Meet performance metrics for customer satisfaction, resolution time, and accuracy
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences


What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education qualification
Age: Must be at least 18 years old
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
Digital Literacy: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new software systems
