Job Overview In this role, you'll be responsible for fielding inbound calls on behalf of our dealership clients, assisting customers with their queries, and providing support to ensure their needs are met. You'll work efficiently in a team-based environment, schedule service appointments, answer basic inquiries, and gather and update customer and vehicle information. Key Responsibilities: Field inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to our clients' customers Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed Gather and update customer and vehicle information Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up) Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a quiet workplace free from distractions, and high-speed internet with a compatible wired headset. You should be able to type at a minimum of 35 words per minute and have previous customer service experience. We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
