**Job Overview**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Temp), you'll play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. You'll be working in a call center environment, responding to questions via phone, and solving customer issues related to employee benefits. This is a fully remote position, and we'll provide you with all the equipment you need, as long as you have your own high-speed internet.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices
* Maintain relationships with existing clients
* Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment
* Solve customer issues related to employee benefits, researching problems and processing documents
* Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics
**Requirements**
* High school diploma
* Customer service experience
* Strong typing and basic computer skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Nice to Have**
* Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
* Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
* Call center experience
