What to Expect: Key Responsibilities Respond to general to moderately complex telephone calls, troubleshoot customer issues, and provide timely resolutions. Record calls in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution and update CRM history with the results of inquiries. Conduct outbound calls to customers in response to customer direction or business needs, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs we service, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Respond to telephone inquiries within set time parameters, meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards. Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences. A reliable internet connection with download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speeds of at least 6mbps (please submit a speed test via speedtest.net as part of your application). Experience working with computer software, customer relationship management tools, and telephone technology. Excellent communication skills , both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
