We're now seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working the overnight graveyard shift. About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing high-level customer service solutions via inbound and outbound calls. Your excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to multitask will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
