We're seeking an experienced REMOTE Customer Service Representative to join our National Campaigns Unit for an 8-week contract. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional shareholder communications to public companies on behalf of our internal clients. About the Role As a REMOTE Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses for national campaigns. You'll work closely with our internal clients to ensure that shareholder communications are accurate, timely, and effective. This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of clients and stakeholders, and to develop your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email responses, to ensure that shareholder communications are accurate and effective. Work closely with internal clients to understand their needs and develop effective communication strategies. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of shareholder communications, including proxy meetings and voting procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in customer service and communication. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least 6 months of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field. Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with shareholders. Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role or industry. Knowledge of shareholder communications and proxy meetings. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
