Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services related to MD Medicaid accounts. Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to perform tasks and duties for customers. Assist individuals regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange. Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, executing multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Develop strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to ensure high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering a positive and supportive team environment. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required; other combinations of education and experience will be considered. Background in healthcare, human services, or customer service. Recent call center experience required, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Proficient in data entry and call center operations, with experience working with CRM software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations. Familiarity with MD Medicaid accounts and eligibility requirements. Previous experience in a remote work setting, with self-motivation and discipline. Technical Requirements To ensure a seamless work experience, the following technical requirements must be met: Device Requirements: Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 processor or higher, with 8GB of memory. Minimum of 256GB hard drive. Windows 10 or 11 operating system. Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer port (wired headset). 1 RJ-45 connection for a wired connection to the internet router. Wired headset and microphone with a USB Gen2 or newer connection. Video camera capability, necessary for training. Internet Connection Requirements: Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem. Download speed: 100 MBPS minimum. Upload speed: 10 MBPS minimum. Smartphone Requirements: Android or Apple smartphone with working camera and capability of installing applications necessary for daily system login. Work Schedule and Benefits As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you can expect: 100% remote work arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home. Competitive hourly rate of $16.63. Monday to Friday schedule, between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm EST, with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.
