When you join our team as a Customer Service Representative, you're not just taking a job—you're embarking on a career path filled with opportunities for professional development, skill-building, and personal growth.

About This Exciting Opportunity

We're currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our organization, working directly with customers to answer general inquiries, address concerns, and assist with requests across multiple lines of business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Our CSR team members are the first point of contact for many of our members, and they play a crucial role in shaping how our customers perceive their entire healthcare experience. You'll have the opportunity to interact with diverse individuals, resolve complex inquiries, and make a tangible difference in people's lives—all from the comfort of your own home.

What You'll Do Every Day

As an integral member of our customer service team, your daily responsibilities will include:

Resolving complex inquiries: You'll handle coordination of benefits inquiries by analyzing patient activity, including enrollment information, third-party liability, and claims attachments. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex insurance information.

Insurance expertise: You'll develop a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverage and become skilled at interpreting and communicating accurate information to customers in a clear, empathetic manner.

Thorough documentation: Every customer interaction must be meticulously documented to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Member education: You'll educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment processes, and authorization requirements—empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Self-service guidance: You'll teach customers how to leverage our self-service tools, helping them become more independent in managing their healthcare needs.

Network assistance: You'll assist members in gaining access to care by helping them locate a network dentist or obtain assignment to a primary care dentist.

Escalation management: When inquiries fall beyond your scope, you'll professionally direct customers to the appropriate departments or individuals who can provide the needed assistance.

Multi-channel communication: You'll respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, web portal, and chat interactions—always maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.

Complex inquiry resolution: You'll tackle both internal and external complex customer inquiries, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.

Claims expertise: You'll resolve claim payment inquiries by researching and analyzing patient activity, determining appropriate actions, and ensuring resubmissions, stop payments, and voids are handled correctly.

Ownership mentality: You'll take full ownership of issue resolution and set clear expectations for follow-up, ensuring customers feel heard and valued throughout their journey.

Performance excellence: You'll meet or exceed individual, department, and client-specific goals while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service quality.

Compliance adherence: You'll understand and strictly adhere to all client administrative and contractual policies and procedures.

Continuous improvement: You'll actively suggest ways to improve service delivery processes, contributing to the ongoing success and evolution of our organization.
