A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service principles. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with a work computer provided depending on the position offered. High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a reliable means of communication. Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence, with the ability to work from home.
