Field daily calls : Respond to calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products, providing clear and concise information. Provide real-time technical support : Assist participants using the automated phone system and employee website, resolving technical issues promptly. Proficiency in computer software packages : Familiarity with HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS systems is essential for success in this role. Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans : Understanding of health and benefits plans, including renewal processes, is highly valued. Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates : You should be able to accurately update participant information and manage enrollments, policies, and rates.
