As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy * Delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently, meeting or exceeding our high standards * Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving complex issues * Entering application data accurately and efficiently * Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates * Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * To be at least 18 years old * A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s * A dedicated, private, and secure workspace * A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period * Commitment to full attendance during the 3-week Training period * Completion of a background check and health screening * Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (not Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapter/extenders) * NOT compatible with Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite **Qualifications** We're looking for individuals with: * Moderate to advanced computer skills * A high level of comfort learning new technology * High levels of professionalism, verbal, and written communication skills * Comfort working from home * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or Call Centers, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also desirable.
