Your Role: Remote Customer Service Representative blithequark is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join its Customer Success team. As a key member of this team, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional customer experiences by providing top-notch support and consultation to both potential and existing parent-clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop scalable systems and processes that enhance the overall customer journey. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed in a timely and effective manner. Foster long-lasting, positive relationships with parents and students by delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction. Address parent queries and concerns via WeChat, email, and phone calls, providing support and consultation to meet their needs effectively. Act as the go-to resource for potential customers, answering questions and offering support and consultation to facilitate their journey. Work Schedule: The ideal candidate will be available to work 30-40 hours per week on a full-time contract basis, with a fixed schedule of 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time). What We're Looking For To excel in this role, you should possess: Previous customer service or customer-facing experience, which is highly desirable. A passion for learning and a proactive approach to tackling challenges within a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be friendly, attentive, and adept at understanding customer needs. Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, with the ability to be quick and clear in communication. Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential for this role. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: While previous customer service experience is highly desired, blithequark values passion, eagerness to learn, and a customer-centric approach.
