About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting with entry-level auto and property policies. This is an inbound call-only position, with no cold calling required. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries regarding policy coverage, billing, and modifications. While awaiting your state license, you will initially handle billing calls, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies. Address customer queries related to policy coverage, billing, and modifications. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all callers. Utilize system tools to search for answers and information. Demonstrate ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals. Participate in training and licensing programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY. At-Home Requirements: A dedicated, distraction-free workspace. High-speed internet connection (Download: 5 Mbps and Upload: 5 Mbps). Self-accountability and ownership. Self-motivation.
