Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, residents of rental properties, realtors, and institutions promptly and courteously, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a professional and timely manner. Assist residents by providing service information and processing work orders when necessary, utilizing internal software and available resources to research information and provide accurate assistance.Collaborate with Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries regarding unit and community information, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Maintain open availability during Customer Care Center hours, with designated days off as specified for each state, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it.Pre-employment Training and Support To ensure your success in this role, we offer three weeks of comprehensive training, Monday through Friday. Hardwired connection (Ethernet cord required) for stability, ensuring that you can maintain a stable and secure connection at all times.Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills and qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning. Strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues with ease.
