Key Responsibilities

Overseeing and determining customer issues, and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
Providing customers with flight, route, and pricing information, as well as making alternative travel arrangements as required
Recognizing and escalating urgent issues, and responding to customer messages in a timely and effective manner
Screening flights and making travel arrangements, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

This position does not involve supervising or managing others, but rather working collaboratively as part of a dynamic and supportive team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative for Delta, you will be an integral part of our customer service operations, working closely with other team members to ensure seamless and effective customer support.

Ability to become proficient in various software and reservation systems used by the company

High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field
