We require a quiet and secure work environment, a reliable computer and internet connection, and a wired USB headset with microphone. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As an independent contractor with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, depending on your phone call status and performance metrics. You will also be eligible for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics. While we do not offer traditional employee benefits, we provide a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients. Technology and Equipment Requirements To work as a remote customer service representative with blithequark, you will need: A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS) Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app Location Requirements Unfortunately, we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in certain states, including Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. However, we are able to work with contractors residing in other states, including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Contractual Relationship As an independent contractor with blithequark, you will be entering into a contractual relationship with our company. You will be responsible for managing your own schedule and workload, and you will not be considered an employee of blithequark. As such, you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
