Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Road Runner Sports, working directly with customers who call our inbound phone center. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns in a timely manner, and promote our top fitness products and services to create a WOW experience for our customers. You will be responsible for making recommendations, introducing customers to our VIP Family perks, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, comprising a base rate of $16.00 plus bonuses for achieving sales goals.
