Your primary responsibilities will include: Fielding inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Troubleshooting customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Providing product information and educating customers on our services and benefits Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and sales targets Work Schedule and LocationThis is a remote opportunity, and you must reside within 100 miles of our physical location in Huron, South Dakota.We offer flexible scheduling, including full-time and part-time hours, with various split shifts available upon request.
