As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our customer-centric team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls (up to 90% of assigned shift) and process orders efficiently. Document customer interactions accurately and track call types to ensure seamless follow-up. Maintain exceptional customer service standards, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Follow up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year's experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment. Excellent telephone etiquette, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated listening and comprehension abilities. A team-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure in challenging customer situations. Proficient PC skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel), with SAP experience a plus. The ability to navigate information systems and the internet with ease. Strong English comprehension and grammar skills. A reliable hardwired internet connection (no hotspots or Wi-Fi). Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, or in-office experience in a medical setting). Insurance experience. Previous experience in the optical industry. Bilingual French speaking skills (commanding a higher pay rate of $20.00 per hour).
