Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits, providing clear and concise information to address their inquiries. Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively. Provide education and status updates on previously submitted documents and requests, ensuring that members are informed and up-to-date. Meet performance goals established for the position, focusing on efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance. Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy, ensuring that customer interactions are positive and meaningful. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 1 year of customer service experience, preferably with the same company or in a similar industry. Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Empathic and good listening skills, with a strong ability to understand and address customer concerns. A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to clear a background check. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
