Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and call handling time Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications Must have a desktop or laptop computer and access to high-speed internet via an ethernet cord (no wifi) MUST be able to pass a background check MUST meet tech requirements, including headset, dual monitor, and high-speed internet MUST be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends (40-hour work week) MUST have a distraction-free work environment MUST not have any planned time off in the first 90-120 days Preferred Qualifications Bilingual skills in Spanish or Creole are highly preferred, with a $1/hour differential for qualified candidates Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
