About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Professional, you will be the frontline voice of arenaflex, fielding inbound calls from customers seeking support, troubleshooting inquiries, and solving customer needs with empathy and expertise.

Schedule Details
Full-time hours: Monday through Thursday, 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Part-time hours: 20 to 35 hours per week. Monday through Thursday 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Various split shifts are available upon request to accommodate different lifestyle needs and preferences.

Work Location Requirements
This remote opportunity is open to candidates who reside within the states of South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota ONLY. Your home address must be within 100 miles of our physical arenaflex location to ensure you can attend periodic in-person meetings and training sessions when necessary. We provide the technology and equipment you need to work effectively from your home office, but maintaining proximity to our physical location is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their accounts
Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to account information, billing questions, payment processing, and product features
Resolve customer concerns by listening actively, empathizing with their situation, and providing accurate solutions that meet their needs
Educate customers on arenaflex products and services, helping them understand how to maximize the value of their accounts
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, maintaining detailed records of all communications and resolutions
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that may benefit customers based on their individual circumstances
Meet performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates while maintaining quality standards
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and contribute to a positive work environment
Adhere to compliance requirements and security protocols to protect customer information and maintain regulatory standards


Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure you have the tools necessary for success, arenaflex provides the following:

Company-provided PC workstation
Professional-grade headset for clear communication
Telephone equipment and Vonage box for call handling
All necessary software functionality access


Associate responsibilities include:

High-speed internet access (DSL connection or cable modem required—this cannot be a wireless connection)
Smart cell phone for accessing security token applications
Ability to pass internet speed test demonstrating minimum connection requirements
Designated workspace free from distractions and background noise
Prohibition on using cellular phones or cordless landline phones while actively working in the arenaflex workspace

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required—we provide comprehensive training
Must reside in South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota
Must be within 100 miles of our physical arenaflex location
Must pass background check and drug screening
Must be at least 18 years of age
