Your responsibilities will include: * Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collection * Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and guidance on improving performance * Providing customers with scripted customer feedback to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience * Maintaining accurate customer notes and records * Participating in virtual team environments to stay connected with colleagues and stay up-to-date on company initiatives **Who You Are** We're looking for individuals with prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. If you've worked in retail, sales, or as a wait staff, you'll find that your skills are highly transferable to this role.
