What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Coordinator in our CX Solutions division, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your goal will be to resolve their issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities


Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries with warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to help. Listen actively to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, using good judgment and independent decision-making skills to find the best possible outcomes.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
De-escalation: Handle difficult situations with grace, employing exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all information is properly documented in our systems.
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on new products, policies, and best practices.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers and management to share insights, improve processes, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution accuracy.

Essential Qualifications


High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of customer service experience

Work From Home Requirements

As a 100% remote position, this role requires a dedicated home office setup to ensure you can deliver the best possible customer experience. Please review the following technical requirements:


Secure Home Office: A private, quiet workspace free from background noise and distractions.
Internet Connection: A reliable private internet connection provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP). Cellular data and hotspots are not permitted.
Network Security: A password-protected private network with ownership or direct sight to every device connected.
Speed Requirements: Minimum download speeds of 5Mbps on VPN (10+ Mbps preferred). To test your speed, visit Google and search "Speed Test" from the browser.
Prohibited Services: Hotspots and satellite internet services do not meet our performance criteria and are not allowed.


Note: arenaflex reserves the right to request proof of internet provider, speed, and service package. Requirements are subject to change as new systems and technology are implemented, with sixty (60) days notice provided. If you experience consistent internet stability issues, you may be asked to upgrade your service to ensure optimal customer interactions.

Location Requirements

This position is 100% work from home. Candidates must have internet access that meets arenaflex's Work at Home requirements. We are unable to consider applicants who reside in California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Work-from-home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally or outside the continental United States.

Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour
Annual Salary: Approximately $43,680 for full-time Customer Service Coordinators
